Compatibility details
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Atmos is a storage canister with a lid pump that removes air to create a vacuum seal. The manual lid locks by twisting; the electric version uses a button. Fellow offers steel and glass bodies and lists capacities of 0.4 L, 0.7 L, and 1.2 L.
Fellow lists capacity up to 6 oz of beans for the 0.4 L size, 11 oz for 0.7 L, and up to 16 oz of light or medium roast beans for 1.2 L; dark beans may not fill a full pound. The canister stores coffee before brewing and is not a part of a coffee machine.
CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY
Atmos is independent storage, so it can support beans used with many brewing methods. Follow Fellow’s limits: store whole beans rather than ground coffee or powder.
Use it to store whole beans before grinding for an espresso machine, filter brewer, pour-over, or other method. It does not connect to a grinder or brewer and does not replace a machine hopper or bean container.
Fellow recommends whole coffee beans. Ground coffee and fine powders can clog the intake valve, prevent the vacuum seal, and may affect warranty coverage.
The 0.4 L canister holds up to 6 oz, the 0.7 L up to 11 oz, and the 1.2 L up to 16 oz of light or medium roast beans. Match capacity to your bean type and purchase size rather than assuming the largest model holds a full pound of every roast.
