PRACTICAL GUIDE
Using the WDT tool
- Choose one needle diameter set and load nine needles into the nine positions.
- With coffee in a dry portafilter basket, move the needles gently through the grounds without scraping the basket.
- Remove the tool, level the grounds, and tamp using your usual method. Store the fine needles safely in the stand.
